Welcome to TripSentra. By using our mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using TripSentra ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
TripSentra is a travel companion app that provides:
- Protection tips and scripts for common travel situations
- Translation services
- Expense tracking
- Travel planning tools
- In-app purchases for premium features
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Provide accurate information when using features
- Not attempt to circumvent payment systems
- Not reverse engineer or modify the App
- Not use the App for any fraudulent purpose
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
4.1 In-App Purchases
- Weekend Trip ($3.99): 7-day access to premium features
- Trip Pack ($6.99): 30-day access to premium features
- Annual Pass ($19.99): 365-day access to premium features
4.2 Payment
- Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Prices are in USD and may vary by region
- All purchases are final unless required by law
4.3 Refunds
Refund requests must be made through Apple or Google. We honor refunds as required by applicable law.
5. Content and Accuracy
5.1 Travel Information
Tips, scripts, and price ranges are for guidance only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of all information. Local conditions may vary; use your judgment.
5.2 Translations
Translations are provided for convenience. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Critical communications should be verified.
5.3 Emergency Features
Important: SOS features are for assistance only. We are not a substitute for official emergency services. Always call local emergency numbers (e.g., 911) for emergencies.
6. Intellectual Property
- All App content, design, and code are owned by TripSentra
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content
- User-generated content (journal entries, etc.) remains yours
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES OR CONTENT
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TripSentra from any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
- You may stop using the App at any time
- We may terminate access for Terms violations
- Purchased entitlements remain valid through their expiration
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
